Terms for all partner features published via our Partner Program on AI Governance Desk. This agreement protects both sides and keeps the process clear.
1. Packages & Deliverables
Get Listed ($199 one-time, permanent): Logo + short description + 1 do-follow link on one live toolkit / checklist page. Clearly labeled as Sponsored Partner. Stays live permanently.
Growth ($399 one-time): Listed on up to 3 toolkit pages, priority placement, extended description + use-case bullets, 1 update within 90 days, and all Get Listed benefits.
Platform ($799/month): Presence on 5+ toolkit pages, custom intro + comparison callout, featured in relevant roundups, monthly performance note, priority support + same-day edits.

2. Our Promise: Draft First, You Approve, Then Pay
We prepare the draft on the site first. You review and confirm. Only after you approve do we take payment and go live. Nothing is published without your explicit approval.
3. Labeling & Disclosure
Every paid feature is clearly labeled Sponsored Partner. We do not sell rankings and we do not accept undisclosed paid mentions.
4. Editorial Process
After you choose a package we draft the content. You receive one round of factual corrections. Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days after your approval.
5. Payment
Secure payment via Flutterwave or invoice from [email protected]. Get Listed and Growth are one-time. Platform is billed monthly. Refunds are available if we have not yet published.
6. Links & Placement
Links must be relevant and safe. Get Listed includes 1 do-follow link. Growth and Platform include additional links as described in the package. Platform logo remains while the subscription is active.
7. What We Do Not Promise
We do not guarantee specific traffic, leads, or rankings. We place your tool where decision-makers are already evaluating solutions. We do not publish harmful, deceptive, or undisclosed sponsored content.
8. Term & Cancellation
Get Listed and Growth remain live permanently under normal conditions. Platform can be cancelled with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle. Published listings stay live after cancellation unless both parties agree otherwise.
